Wouter Jaspers, auteur of field recordings and synth adventures making use of his busy tour schedule to amass a noise archive where the narrative qualities of sound become catalysts for dark ambient folk chasms and ear splitting adventures. The Dutch sound artist – also known as Franz Fjödor – collaborated with various artists of experimental and electronic music scenes, such as Audrey Chen, Tom Smith, Frans de Waard (Ezdanitoff), Steffan de Turck (Preliminary Saturation) or Bas Verbeek (The Jim Morrisons). This year’s Forthwith features his new duo project with Hainbach as Odd Narrative.
